  • Dryness in Eyes :  Long screening hours without resting, AC rooms, continuous watching of movable videos, smoking all can affect your eye health. And make them dry. Thus the dryness can cause irritation and blurry vision too.
  • High Blood Pressure or Diabetes causes loss of vision.

2. Wear protective eyewear and sunglasses : To protect eyes from sand, dust, and water must wear protective glasses. And always remember to wear sunglasses before going outside, even on cloudy days. Choose a sunglass that can block UV rays.

3. Visit an eye doctor : Visit an eye doctor and prevent infection as soon as possible. If you have a vision or eyesight problem, then visit an optometrist. Neglecting eye care is harmful.

4. Cleaning : Do not touch your eyes with dirty hands. Always wash your hands before touching your eyes. If you have allergies to certain eye makeup products, avoid using them. And clean your eyes with water. Additionally, use clean lenses and wash hands before in or out.
